Discover great flavours through a culinary journey of all things British as Marco Polo Ortigas Manila holds a wine dinner this coming 13 March, in partnership with Wine Depot and Pike Estate.

From its Executive Chef Alisdair Bletcher whose roots came from the northernmost country of the United Kingdom, Scotland, the best of British gastronomy will arrive at the table as he craft dishes to perfection paired with wines to taste. The six-course affair will start with a cocktail reception for some signature canapes by Chef Alisdair. This is then followed by the actual dinner with dishes such as  Mushroom Consommé with Scottish Razor Clams; Traditional Haggis with Turnip, Mashed Potato, and Whisky Cream Sauce; and Roast Angus Beef Tenderloin, Creamed Leaves of Brussel Sprouts, Roast Cherry Tomatoes, and Morel Jus. Dessert will come with Glenlivet Malt Caramel Pralines.

The festivity will start at 6 PM on 13 March 2019. Seats are at Php 3,200++.
