CARNIVORE: a four-hands dinner at Flame. Using premium U.S. Wagyu beef cuts, the
chefs have curated a special multi-course menu highlighting Filipino flavors and
techniques, interpreted with modern flair and sensibility. Featured dishes include SRF
Wagyu Beef Sirloin “Lechon Baka”, Josper-Grilled SRF Wagyu Rib-Eye Cap, and more.
