#PEP2015: 2nd Property Expo Philippines

After the successful launch of the 1st Property Expo Philippines in Manila last year with 88 exhibiting companies and 10,138 attending visitors and the Property Expo Cebu last July, marked another successful Property Expo last November 14 and 15 at the Megatrade Hall, SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City with over 70 exhibitors in 1,380sqm exhibit space, with over 10,000 expected visitors.

They opened the event with a dragon dance to officially commence the 2015 Property Expo and used the hashtag #PEP2015 in promoting.

According to Mr Andy Mañalac, Chairman of the National Real Estate Association because of the strong economic fundamental, no matter who wins the election, property investment will till grow by 5 to 6%. He also added that the developers should be observant of the shifting market. For the chairman the key to success for developers is to know their real market and know its sustainability. He even highlighted the amenities they provide should be simple and practical, that there should be an affordable unit for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), that developers should deliver to client what was committed to them and to make quotations clear and avoid hidden charges to retain clients.
